蓆上Pilates (初班)

Pilates是一套鍛鍊腹背核心的運動,配合呼吸以加強力度及保護筋肌,同時運用不同輔助工具例如:滾柱、橡筋帶、毛巾、小球,強化核心肌肉,增強身體的穩定性及平衡力,強化腰背肌肉,改善腰背痛,保護脊骨,減低日常生活中受傷或失平衡跌撞。
